ESPN Rolls Out Live TV Streaming App for Android




ESPN is making four live network feeds available via a free app for Google’s Android operating system, Multichannel News reports.The service, which offers the bulk of the programming ESPN presents on TV, is being offered to subscribers to Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks and Verizon FiOS TV.The launch follows last month’s rollout of the WatchESPN app for the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.Four networks--ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and ESPN3--are being offered.
